I came to data science sideways, after more than a decade of operational roles in hospitality, technical support, and customer service across Spain and the UK. Those years showed me where data comes from in practice, and how it gets mishandled.

I'm in the final years of my Applied Data Science degree at UOC. The coursework covers machine learning, statistics, NoSQL databases, and systems design; the part I care most about is data security and privacy. I volunteer as a Country Reporter for noyb.eu, the European privacy NGO, I'm a member of the IAPP, and I'm preparing for the CIPP/EU certification.

I'm looking for data science internships across the board. Privacy and data protection are where my interest runs deepest, so data protection consultancies, DPO offices, and teams that treat careful data handling as part of the analysis rather than an afterthought are a natural fit, but I'm just as open to general data science roles.

Open to data science internships, especially in privacy and data protection. Email is the fastest way to reach me.
